The purpose of the Picture Service of the Munich City Tourist Office is to support 
the advertising activities of third parties in promoting Munich tourism by making 
illustrations available.
Using the Picture Service for private purposes is not possible because 
of copyrights.
The Tourist Office concedes to the user of the illustrations lent to him/her a simple 
right to use them free of charge, provided their use serves the purposes of touristic 
advertising and public relations.


Das Bildarchiv im Tourismusamt München dient der Förderung des Münchner 
Tourismus und ist für unsere touristischen Partner gedacht.
Eine Nutzung für private Zwecke ist aus urheberrechtlichen Gründen 
nicht möglich.
Das Tourismusamt München räumt dem Nutzer an den überlassenen 
Bildmaterialien ein einfaches Nutzungsrecht honorarfrei ein, sofern deren 
Verwendung den Zwecken der touristischen Werbung und Public-Relations-Arbeit 
dient.
