Directions to get to the Villa Waldberta München – Feldafing: by carTake the autobahn München-Garmisch, leave the autobahn at exit Starnberg. In Starnberg follow the main road (Münchner Straße, Hauptstraße) until the road leads you uphill again. Halfway up at the traffic light turn left direction Possenhofen. Turn immediately right again, then turn right again to Possenhofener Straße. Keep driving along the lake, passing through Possenhofen to Feldafing. In Feldafing follow the main road, go round the bend, passing Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth, then up the one-way street immediately to the right (Maffeistraße), turn right to Thurn-und-Taxis-Straße driving further up to the traffic light. Here drive up to the left to get to Höhenbergstraße, pass the protestant church on the right until you get to the top of the mound. On your left (high thuja hedge) you will find the entrance to Villa Waldberta.Directions to walk to the Villa Waldberta from the S-Bahn station (10 minutes)Coming from Munich you exit the S-Bahn at the stop Feldafing, take the underpass to get to the other side, passing the railway station and follow the narrow path at the kiosk straight on, always following the signpost "Siemens", which means turn right at the top and straight on. At the junction, turn left to Rat-Jung-Straße ("Siemens" signpost points straight on here) and walk to the end of that street. This will take you to Höhenbergstraße. At this crossing turn left and walk to the top. On the right side you will see the entrance to Villa Waldberta. Back to the previous page |
