Application Criteria

The scholarships are not publicized, so individual applications are not possible. The suggestions for the allocation of available accommodation at the house are normally made by experts at the Munich Cultural Department or municipal institutions and their cooperative partners. The artists suggested are necessarily involved in a current or planned cultural project such as an exhibition, a series of events, a concert, a festival and so on. The scholarships are normally granted for 1 to 3 months. Five self-catering apartments of varying sizes are available and include a kitchen and bathroom. Scholarship holders receive 1000 Euro a month. Unfortunately, travel costs cannot be reimbursed. Back to the Villa Waldberta home page
