Objectives
- To eliminate long-term unemployment
- To improve the employability of individuals ("lifelong
learning")
- To encourage employees and companies to become more
flexible and adaptable
- Within the framework of employment and qualifications
projects:
To help develop growth sectors, e.g. in the field of information and
communication; to help promote sustainable economic models; to support
the development of new job profiles and broaden the spectrum of
personal services in the local economy and in the cultural sphere
- To promote equal opportunities for women and men on the
labor market
- To promote the career development of young people
- To prevent exclusion and discrimination (e.g. of
minorities) on the labor market
