This year from January 28, 2011 until January 8th, 2012 a special Exhibition at the Verkehrszentrum on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the Benz-Patentmotorwagen Motorcar takes place. The original has been part of the collection of Munich’s Deutsches Museum since 1906.

Munich is also a major hub of technology and the automotive industry, attracting suppliers and creative talent from all over. First and foremost, Munich is home to BMW’s company headquarters, its center for design and engineering, its BMW Museum and Munich’s new architectural gem, the carmaker’s public space called BMW Welt.

A unique experience, the BMW Guided Plant Tour, called “production mile” through the Munich home plant starts right at the BMW Welt.

The BMW Driving Experience and the MINI Driving Experience are synonymous with more safety for every driver. And in the final analysis safety is the basis for
untroubled driving pleasure!

Another highlight is the MAN Truck Forum and MAN Bus Forum for experience the world of commercial vehicles.

One road trip – in four premium cars 'Premium Cars of Southern Germany', BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and Porsche, is a new travel package promoted by the cities of Munich, Stuttgart, and Ingolstadt. As the cradle of mobility, the South of Germany is inextricably linked with the automobile. The visitor will be driving the cars that have made this region famous. The round trip in premium cars usually starts in Munich.

ADAC Bavaria Historic, when these gems are driving against the backdrop of the magnificent Alps, the dream of glittering chrome and horsepower is complete, June 23rd - 25th and June 7th - 9th.
ADAC Supercross, the high-class mix of action, artistic skills and adrenaline take away the spectators’ breath, 17th - 18th December, Olympiahalle.
BMW-Motorad Days a unique vibe – on the first weekend in July 2011.
DTM in Munich, the German Touring Car Masters will for the first time take place in the Olympic Stadium, July 16th - 17th.
