Centrally located in the south-east of Munich's central area, the Munich Concept Living is an excellent starting point both for the private and the business traveller for all activities in and around Munich.

Thanks to the easy access to public transport, the Munich hotspots, such as the city centre, the new Munich Trade Fair, the Olympic Park or theAllianz Arena, can be easily and quickly reached by suburban railway (S-Bahn) and underground (U-Bahn). During your stay you can park your private car in the underground garage under the house.

The apartments, newly renovated in 2005, vary in furnishings and price categories and are all between 12 and 43 square metres (129 and 463 square feet) and are fitted out with separate, fully equipped kitchens with a fridge, coffee machine and stove. They are individually shaped and also equipped with TV, telephone and internet access.

The service at the MUNICH CONCEPT LIVING comprises a weekly cleaning of the rooms as well as a change of laundry. Other services are possible on request.
