Maintaining tradition and offering the guests first-class Bavarian and international cuisine in an atmosphere steeped in history are the gastronomic guiding principles in the “Neue Fasanerie”. What is most important is the presence of the chef, so that everything always comes onto the table fresh and in keeping with what the season has to offer.

The "Neue Fasanerie" is very close to the Botanical Garden and Nymphenburg Palace Park, in the middle of idyllic Hartsmannshofen. In the historic building erected by Prince Elector Max Emanuel as early as the 18th century. Not only the palace in the close vicinity goes back to the Elector Prince, but also the Neue Fasanerie itself with a history into the early 18th century. In the historic building today there is the traditional restaurant in a modern look.

The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable in the warmer months of the year in the beer garden of the new Fasanerie, and is one of the finest in Munich. Under the shady chestnut trees in the middle of the Hartmannshofer Park the guests can indulge tasty delicacies and specialities of the house in the classic beer-garden. Of course, food that visitors have brought with them can be consumed in the self-service area.

Its charming and central location as well as the many different rooms make the Neue Fasanerie the ideal place for feasting and celebrating. Whether wedding, christening, communion, jubilee or a company event – the personnel go along with your individual ideas and, if desired, provide entertainment and decorations. In the five differently designed rooms there is seating for 20 to 300 guests. The house’s “Max-Emmanue-Bar” is arranged in the style of a classic American Bar, and guests can stand at tables and the bar counter is a good place to enjoy the freshly mixed cocktails.

The heart of the complex is the Tenne, the threshing floor, the great banqueting hall. Under the rustic roof-beams there is room for 135 persons. The smaller rooms offer accommodate for 20 to 65 guests to dine, celebrate or for business appointments. The Neue Fasanerie is also suitable for “smaller events” such as the weekend outing with the family or a cycle ride to the romantic and rather fairly-tale Hartmannshofen.
