Already prior to the meal, guests see for themselves the freshness of the dishes. Orders are taken by the very chefs who prepare the meal in the open show kitchen. Individual requests can be communicated directly, and even after the preparation a host of ingredients are available for adding a finishing touch: The options range from olive, chili and garlic oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper mills to fresh herbs such as basil and rosemary. The result is that every creation receives an individual touch shaping it precisely to the guest’s taste.
Those who would like to finish off their meal with a coffee or a glass of wine can move from the tables to the Vapiano Bar or to the comfortable lounge. The innovative chip card system simplifies ordering in the various areas. Guests pay only once as they exit the restaurant.
The eleven different pasta varieties, sauces, pestos, dressings and sweets are prepared fresh daily in every single restaurant. Four Vapiano restaurants in Munich and about 90 restaurants on four continents worldwide ensure every day that freshness is served quickly and deliciously. Every two months the Vapiano chefs tempt their guests with a new range of exceptional creations, the so-called specials. This way Vapiano guests can regularly look forward to seasonally inspired new gourmet experiences.
