Shuttles, Buses on Call
A shuttle (Anruf-Sammel-Taxi, AST) or bus on call are only a phone call away when you arrive at your stop and wish to travel on. This approach is particularly friendly to the environment because it responds to travellers’ specific needs on lines less travelled and avoids buses serving their routes empty. However, any AST or bus on call must be ordered by phone at least half an hour prior to your desired departure time. Please note the information provided in the timetable.
Here is some important information to give in your call:
1. Line number of desired AST/bus-on-call line
2. Number of passengers, making extra mention of children up to 12 years of age and physically challenged individuals
3. Desired stop for boarding according to timetable
4. Desired destination stop according to timetable
5. Day and departure time of chosen ride
6. Passenger names and phone numbers
Here you will find the lines available in your region.
