Underground Lost and Found
If you notice you have lost something while still on the platform, please advise the next underground driver. You also have the option of turning to an MVG Info Point or an MVG Customer Centre. There is a Underground Lost and Found that will hold any items left behind for one day. It is located in the Central Station – please report to the MVG Info Point there. After one day, personal property is turned over to the City Lost and Found.

If you notice immediately that you have lost valuables, medication or documents, please inform the next vehicle’s driver. Every driver can forward your information to the MVG Control Centre and initiate a search. If you only notice your loss later, please contact the City Lost and Found.
