RVO - Regional passenger rail Upper Bavaria

RVO’s bus service covers not only Munich but almost all of Upper Bavaria. RVO’s business includes several segments. It focuses on shuttling more than 100.000 school children and trainees every day, providing so-called pupil transport. Regularly time-tabled buses or special school buses safely take youngsters where they need to go.

The second large segment is regular service in the region and within the MVV network. In several cities and towns, RVO provides specific urban transport, such as in Penzberg, Traunstein and, since April, in Traunreut. Use RVO’s service to get to work, go shopping, enjoy your leisure activities, reach sights, and go on excursions in Upper Bavaria.

RVO’s third product, its commuter service, allows workers to reach their jobs and return home safely and relaxed.

Several night bus lines serve night owls all across the RVO region.
Gamblers will wager a safe bet if they take advantage of RVO’s great bus and Garmisch-Partenkirchen casino package, travelling on the Casino Blitz.

To round out its product range, RVO provides you with the option of renting a bus and driver for the outing of your choice.
RVO operates a time-tabled rail replacement bus service when there is construction, or, in the case of breakdowns of train service for technical reasons, a spontaneous one on behalf of Deutsche Bahn AG, Bayerische Oberlandbahn, and Munich S-Bahn.
