A bavarian restaurant in the center of Munich – directly at the Viktualienmarkt.

At Pschorr, they cultivate traditional beer culture and serve up top-quality regional products. Everyone can enjoy the excellent beer, Bavarian cuisine and the  friendly service.

  • They still serve beer from wooden barrels ‐ traditionally cooled with ice bars in a barrel cellar.
  • For all meals: Regional sourcing is important to them. They support the local agriculture by using fresh regional products on a daily base for their Bavarian cuisine.
  • In a central location, close to the Marienplatz, Pschorr can easily be accessed by public transport. From the many sights, shops and offices of the city, it's also in walking distance.
  • Barrier-free access to the all areas of the restaurant, beer cellar, banquet room and toilet facilities (glass elevator in the stairwell)

Directly coming from the Marienplatz or Viktualienmarkt you are entering one of the younger Munich restaurants. They opened the house in August 2005 with the idea of giving it iden ty through contemporary but grounded Interior, a welcoming ambience and regional dishes. But experience it yourself!

The restaurant "Der Pschorr" is a popular meeting place for all of Munich, as well as for visitors and friends of the city, because here you still get to know the Bavarian lifestyle and the Munich charm. Every day, the guests form a wonderful, lively backdrop, which a Munich beer hall needs.

On the menu they offer tasty Bavarian specialties. Well‐known Bavarian classics (as Pork Knuckle, Sauerbraten, Roast pork ...), vegan and vegetarian meals as well as dishes from the light and healthy vital kitchen.

For all meals: Regional sourcing is important to them. They support the local agriculture by using fresh regional products on a daily base for the Bavarian cuisine. Specialties from the Murnau‐Werdenfelser cattle. Pork and lamb from from the surrounding area, fish from the Ammersee and products of the Naturkäserei Tegernsee are their trademark. Their guests should see, taste and smell how much dedication and quality is hidden in the regional products on the plate.

In the cozy beer garden you can enjoy the complete range of food and drinks, or just have a cool beer from Hacker‐Pschorr Brewery and relax. Up to 300 people can find their seats on the terrace and in the garden. Some trees and large sun shades also provide the necessary shade if required.

Banquet/Event room "Theresiensaal"

Located on the second floor is the large and elegant banquet/event room "Theresiensaal". With 270 m² of space for up to 200 guests there is enough room for celebration, trainings and presentations. Special features of the event room are a magnificent view over the Viktualienmarkt and the very elegant interior design. At Pschorr, they offer a high culinary level with selected local products.“

For all events, which should take place in a bavarian atmosphere, the Holzfass‐Stüberl located in the ground floor is the right place. Here you can enjoy the cozy, rustic cellar ambience with up to 75 guests.
