The biggest mobile giant wheel in the world

With a total height of 78 metres, the Hi-Sky is the world's biggest transportable giant wheel with an entry in the Guinness Book of Records. It is also the largest big wheel standing anywhere in Germany. Opened in April, during the 30-minute ride you can discover the Alps, the Frauenkirche cathedral and the Olympic complex. Rotating at a speed of less than 0.5 km/h, many other sights can also be spotted during the ride. Up to 16 people can enjoy the extraordinary view over Munich together in each gondola.

When does the giant wheel open?
The Hi-Sky operates daily from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. (november - march) and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m (april - october). The last rides start about 30 minutes before closing time.

How long does a ride last?
About 30 minutes. One gondola can accommodate up to 16 people standing up.

How much does a ride cost?
A regular ride costs 14.50 euros. Discounts are available for groups, children, schoolchildren, senior citizens and severely disabled persons. A family pass with especially favourable conditions is also available. Tickets can be purchased on the site. A reservation is not necessary. Prices at a glance »

What special offers are available?
Breakfast: With the "Hi-Sky Blau Weiss" (360 euros for 6 persons), you are served veal sausages, pretzels and drinks during the 60-minute ride.
With the "Hi-Sky mit Schuss" ("Hi-Sky with a shot"), you get a drink and a snack of your choice for the ride. More packages »
