Contacts and options

Munich is a growing city with tremendous business potential. Strong purchasing power and an excellent infrastructure, are by no means confined to the city center, but also include the wider surrounding district and the entire metropolitan region.

Take a look around and find the option that suits you best: office space at a premium location for your company, premises to buy or to rent, co-working offices, or land on which to build.

Start-up centers and Coworking spaces

You may consider to rent flexible office premises at a co-working space or a start-up center in the initial phase of your activities.

While office space is getting harder to find, new coworking spaces have opened in Munich recently or have announced to start soon. We therefore recommend this very dynamic field for your first touchdown.

Munich Industry Centers (MGH)

The Munich industry center program and the Munich technology center MTZ offer joint spaces that might be a good starting point.
