Everything was ready just in time for the 1972 Olympic Games. It was then that the Olympia Einkaufszentrum, called OEZ for short, opened its doors and presented what at that time was a completely new type of shopping. In the course of the decades Bavaria's largest shopping centre has been expanded even further and modernised. An innovative world of shopping established itself as an attraction for the region.

The OEZ presents itself on two light-flooded levels as a multi-faceted shopping landscape.
