How to retrieve things you have lost. A successful search requires that you recall the means of transport you were travelling on and when you lost your property.
Underground, bus and tram Lost and Found
If you forget or lose items on the Underground, bus or tram and you have noticed straight away, please ask the driver of the next Underground/bus/tram for help. Of course, staff at the customer centres and Info Points will also help willingly. MVG information on lost property.

Or contact the Lost and Found Service Hotline. However, there will be a charge of at least 28.83 euros, plus a C.O.D. charge, for mailing any found property.
