Since 1889 the Paulaner Bräuhaus is representing Munich’s culture of beer. Back then the Thomaß brothers brewed here the first pale “Vollbier” (beer with 11-14 % original wort) in town. This old tradition is affectionately cultivated until today.
Brewed in copper tanks the unfiltered natural beer (Helles, Weißbier and a seasonal beer) is being served freshly brewed to the guests. The flavoursome beer of the Paulaner Bräuhaus is convincing with its lack of a bitter aftertaste.
